Cove was founded by Old Princethorpians Edward Hunter (Class of 2006) and Oliver Knight, bringing together decades of experience in property, business and technology.

Cove is an independent estate agency built around a simple belief: finding your place should feel human again. Buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers are treated as relationships worth keeping, rather than transactions to close.

Oliver has spent 25 years building and growing independent estate agencies in Warwickshire, including founding Knight & Rennie, and has deep roots in the local community. Edward spent 15 years working in technology at C-suite level, has built a design-led property development business and is also a portfolio landlord.

Together, they are building Cove to be warm rather than corporate, personal rather than transactional, and firmly rooted in the communities it serves. Its values centre on putting customers first, building lasting relationships, taking ownership, delivering excellence and playing an active role in the local community.

Cove launches across Leamington Spa, Warwick and Kenilworth in September, offering residential sales, lettings and new homes with the same relationship-led approach.
