Welcome to the Old Princethorpian Professional Profiles Library

We are delighted to introduce our growing collection of Old Princethorpian Professional Profiles - a celebration of the diverse and inspiring career journeys of our alumni since leaving the Princethorpe Foundation. Each profile offers a personal glimpse into the professional paths our OPs have taken, alongside cherished memories of their time at school.

Whether you're exploring new career ideas, seeking inspiration, or simply curious about where life has taken fellow OPs, these stories showcase the breadth of talent, ambition, and experience within our community. From entrepreneurs and educators to engineers and artists, every journey is unique - and every story is worth sharing.

We invite you to browse the profiles and discover the remarkable achievements of our alumni. Who knows? You might just find a spark of inspiration for your own next chapter.

Javier Contreras

One of our Spanish OPs who boarded at Princethorpe from 1988 to 1993, Javier is a highly qualified AI, Automation and Machine Vision Consultant. He founded his own company in 2019, and is passionate about helping others pursue similar ambitions.

Neil Simms

Neil pursued his interest in sport and healthcare well beyond Princethorpe when he left in 2002, going on to earn a MSc. in Physiotherapy, a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy and a post-graduate certificate in Strength and Conditioning. He credits his career success since then - currently with Southampton FC - to persistence, hard work and a little bit of luck.

Zainah Darr

Since completing her A-levels at Princethorpe College in 2018, Zainah has been driven by a desire for a career related to children. Her degree dissertation explored the detrimental effects of child abuse and neglect on the developing brain, and she explored the adequacy of the UK legal system's child protection in her Graduate Diploma in Law. Zainah's route to becoming a paralegal, whilst not always smooth-sailing, has been fuelled and forged by her passion.

Molly Geehan

Molly was a Princethorpe pupil from Year 7 right through to Upper Sixth, completing her A-levels in 2019. She returned for a time to work in our Marketing and Admissions department, before moving on to combine her professional experience with her sporting passion - Netball - as Digital Assistant for England Netball. Today she is thriving as Content Executive for AFC Bournemouth.
