Proactive Young People CIC helps young people build confidence, explore career options and develop the skills they need for working life.

We offer private work experience opportunities for 14–21-year-olds, helping young people gain valuable workplace insight, discover their interests and make more informed decisions about their future. We welcome enquiries from young people, parents and carers seeking opportunities beyond school or college work experience programmes.

Alongside work experience, we work with schools, colleges and employers to deliver careers and employability activities, including enterprise challenges, interview practice and encounters with the world of work.
