I've built the software architecture that lets a business run genuinely capable AI entirely inside its own systems. Data is processed in-house and never leaves the building: no leaking, no exposure, no outside model learning from confidential information.

Now I'm helping businesses put that to work, deploying AI locally on their own hardware so they get the full capability without handing their data to anyone else. Most AI tools send information out to be processed, and often reused to train models the business has no control over. This keeps the use of AI in the room, and keeps control of what matters with the owner. The approach is sometimes called sovereign AI, and it's the work I'm focused on now.
