Old Princethorpians News |
It's time for our Princethorpe Connect Christmas Prize Draw, with a little extra incentive this year!
Princethorpe Connect, our online alumni network, is now a thriving community of past pupils, parents and former staff. Launched in 2019 with the aim of enabling the wider Princethorpe community to find and network with each other, and to keep up with news and events across the Foundation schools, it has grown to almost 1,700 members today. We are ambitious to reach the '2000' milestone which seems tantalisingly close, and so are throwing in a little extra incentive to this year's Christmas Draw...the Refer-A-Friend advantage!
How it works:
If you sign-up* to Princethorpe Connect or interact with the platform by Friday 6 December, you will automatically be entered into the draw. But you can also receive an entry if you refer a friend who credits you when they sign up (they will be asked during the registration process), as a reward for your advocacy. There is no limit to how many friends can name you as their referral, so you can accumulate multiple entries into the draw!
You can easily refer a friend by logging in and clicking on the Invite Friends tab at the top of the page; this enables you to add multiple email addresses and send one message to your friends. Good old fashioned word of mouth also works too!
How to sign up or update:
New Sign-ups: Simply go to the Homepage | Princethorpe Connect, click on 'Create a Profile' and follow the instructions.
Existing Members: You can interact with the platform by updating your current profile with a photo, adding your work or contact details, sharing your news on the News page, signing up to an event or clicking 'invite a friend'. The choice is yours!
Terms & Conditions:
Do any or all of the above at Princethorpe Connect by Friday 6 December 2024 to qualify for the draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all members who have signed up to or interacted with the site, or been named as a referral, between Wednesday 6 November and Friday 6 December, and their prize will be a fabulous festive hamper full of Christmas goodies!
Good luck to all, and don't forget, you have to be in it to win it!
*We encourage all past pupils, past parents and former staff from all our Foundation schools to become online members. It takes just a few minutes to create a profile, but with the option to set your own consent preferences, it provides the means to a lifetime of connection and support tailored to your needs and interests. Why not have a quick read about what Princethorpe Connect has to offer below, or visit the site here.
Princethorpe Connect is an exclusive social network for those in the wider Princethorpe family, giving us all the chance to share news and stories, photographs, connect with old friends, send and receive individual or group messages with other alumni, sign up for Old Princethorpians and Development events, pay for tickets, make a donation, order merchandise through our online shop, and access exclusive content such as behind-the-scenes and archive photographs.
Your membership brings with it many benefits; in addition to the termly OP e-newsletter including the latest news and events, you can also view private photo galleries, connect with other online members and access our Careers and Networking pages.
